NOTE: This attraction is not suitable for pregnant women. The minimum height requirement is 4 feet. Children shorter than 4 feet must be accompanied by a paying adult. The tour does not include transportation to the park.
How to get there:
Xel-Há is located at the kilometer 240 of the Carretera Chetumal, 76 miles south of Cancun and 8 miles from Tulum. If you travel from Cancun you have to go to the downtown bus station and take a bus towards Tulum, ask the bus driver to stop at the park main entrance. If you come from Playa del Carmen, two blocks from the pier you’ll find the bus station, there’s transportation available to the park over there. If you are staying at Riviera Maya we suggest you to rent a car or take a taxi to the park.
